Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pukla, the link-in-bio platform by Sikka Software. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Pukla lets you create a public page with your links, shorten URLs, collect form submissions, view analytics (clicks and views), and manage plans and billing. We may add, change, or remove features to keep the service reliable and safe.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information (name, email, phone) and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country.
• One account per person unless we approve otherwise. We may suspend accounts created to evade enforcement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, or publish unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors.
• Harass, impersonate, or violate anyone's privacy.
• Publish phishing, malware, spam, or deceptive links.
• Infringe intellectual property or share content you have no right to share.
• Probe, scan, overload, or bypass the service's security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Resell or scrape the service at scale without written permission.
• Collect visitors' personal data outside the service's form-submission feature or without their consent.

We operate reporting (including IP and impersonation reports), appeals, audit logging, and rate limiting. Violations may lead to content removal, link deactivation, or account suspension.

4. Your content

• You keep ownership of the content you publish (pages, links, images, text, form definitions).
• You grant us a limited license to host, display, and deliver that content so the service works (including cached and CDN copies).
• You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to publish it. Form submissions sent to you by visitors are your responsibility once delivered to your dashboard.
• Public pages are public: anyone with the link can view them.

5. Plans and billing

• Free and paid plans. Some limits (pages, links, analytics history, watermark, appearance options) depend on your plan. Current limits are shown on the pricing page.
• Billing is processed by SikkaPay. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges for the selected interval (monthly or annual) until cancellation.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Downgrades revert to free-plan limits.
• Refunds are handled case by case unless required by law. Contact support [at] puk.la.

6. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time, which removes your puklas, links, and associated data.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, threaten security, or remain abusive after warning. Where practical we will explain the reason and offer an appeal path.
• Upon termination, your public pages stop resolving and paid features revert or stop at period end.

7. Intellectual property

Pukla, its branding, and the platform software belong to Sikka Software. These terms do not grant you ownership or a license to copy the platform, except to use it as intended. Respect the rights of others when you publish.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific analytics accuracy, or particular search or directory placement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sikka Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of content, or loss of revenue arising from use of the service. Our total liability for paid plans is limited to the fees you paid for the current billing period.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, highlight them here or in the product. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.
